During the summer months, we invite you to go for a round of our Kneipp path. Located in our spotless garden area, it can be accessed via our sun terrace or the sauna world. From the garden and the Kneipp enclosure, you can indulge in a special panoramic view of the Sexten Dolomites. Enjoy the magnificent view and the perfect tranquillity.
The Kneipp path works with a variety of principles. Feel the benefit of slow movement and walking through a variety of materials. This stimulates the feet and the flow of information to the nerves and the circulatory and lymphatic systems, restoring the energetic balance of certain organs. This positive effect is further supported through the use of specific medicinal mountain plants.
Next, navigate the ‘stilt walk‘ through the cool and fresh spring water of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, taking care always to have one foot in the water and one foot out of the water.
