GENERAL INFORMATION

Useful to know for your stay – here, you can find some general information for the most wonderful days of your year at the Biovita Hotel Alpi in the Sexten Dolomites.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is possible from 2 pm on your day of arrival. If you intend to arrive after 6 pm, please call us in advance.
Please check out of your room by 10 am on the day of your departure.

We will be happy to collect guests arriving by train from the station at no extra cost. Please telephone us to arrange pick-up.
A charge of €30 is applied to pick-ups later than 8 pm.

You can pay your bill in cash, by cheque, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or by Eurocheque card.

Tourism tax

Prices are calculated exclusive of the local tourism fee of € 3,00 (from 01.01.24) per person (from 14 years old) and day. The fee is payable at check in.

Travel Cancellation

31 DAYS before arrival: Euro 50,00 handling fee
30 DAYS – 14 DAYS before arrival: 50% of the total travel amount
13 DAYS – 7 DAYS before arrival: 70% of the total travel amount
6 DAYS before arrival as well in case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the total travel amount

Pets

We welcome dogs in the room categories Economy, Standard A, Comfort Rotwand – there is an extra charge of €10 per day excluding food.

Smoking

A strict no-smoking policy is in place throughout the hotel and in all rooms.

Child discount

Applicable in the hotel... when accompanied by two full-paying persons in the same room...

up to 0,99 year FREE (no meals)
children from 1 year up to 2,99 years surcharge €20 per night (breakfast and children’s menu)
children from 3 years up to 7,99 years receive a discount of 60%
children from 8 years up to 13,99 years receive a discount of 30%
children from 14 years or every 3rd adult receive a discount of 20%
