Your Biovita Hotel Alpi in the heart of the Sexten Dolomites is host to one moment of luxury and enjoyment after another. Our kitchen team will spoil you with delectable dishes from our regional South Tyrolean cuisine, delicious salads and seasonal fresh vegetables. Our priority is healthy, natural, and fresh food. Our kitchen team is proud to produce all our dishes themselves on site. Everything we serve is made by us – from the tasty breakfast cake to the salad and vegetable buffet, the diverse starter and main dishes, and the sweet finale.


You won’t find fast food or ready products in our kitchen. Our dishes are always freshly prepared using the best ingredients from regional and organic farms. We source meat cuts and cured meats exclusively from local farmers in South Tyrol and Austria. Milk, dairy products, and cheese come to us fresh from the Sexten Cheese Dairy.


Your taste buds can look forward to starting the day with a varied breakfast buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savoury bites. Every evening, a fresh salad and vegetable buffet, a selection of three starters and three main dishes, as well as a vegetarian menu are available. Our themed evenings provide additional variety, such as our Sexten Night or our Tyrolean Night with different soups or dumplings from the buffet, apéritif with small bites, dessert buffets, and many other delicious surprises.
