Our generously proportioned sauna world offers 3 different new saunas and an ice bath for a refreshing dip after time in the sauna. Our multifaceted sauna world has the right sauna for everyone: the Turkish steam bath if you prefer more moderate temperatures – or the organic sauna to achieve balance, or even Finnish sauna if you like to build up a real sweat.
Follow up your time in the sauna with a spell in our panoramic tranquillity room, where you can enjoy unique views of the Sexten Dolomites, slow right down and relax.
Our sauna world is open daily from 3 pm to 7:30 pm – free of charge. We look forward to your visit!

If you like it really hot, we recommend visiting our Finnish sauna in a rustic Tyrolean style, with temperatures ranging from 80°C to 90°C, or try our organic sauna lined in fresh pine wood with temperatures between 50°C and 60°C.
Using the sauna has numerous benefits for your health and wellbeing: it strengthens the immune system, trains the heart and circulatory system, relaxes the muscles, stimulates the metabolism, improves circulation in the mucous membranes of the airways and expands the bronchi, increases general physical capacities, relaxes and purifies the body.
In addition to the saunas, you also have access to the steam bath in a grotto design. Our steam grotto with its little water fountain is the perfect choice for anyone who prefers more moderate temperatures. Steam baths were popular as far back as ancient Greece and are a pleasantly warm sweating bath with an effect that is similar to that of a sauna. Temperatures in a steam bath generally lie between 40°C and 50°C and have humidity levels from 80 % to 100 %. The ideal combination of heat and moisture has a relaxing, purifying, soothing, and calming effect. Steam baths are particularly beneficial for respiratory disorders.
Our sauna area also offers an ice pool for that important cooling dip after every sauna visit.
