The prices are per person and night with breakfast included. Surcharge for half board Euro +21,00 per person per day.

•  Free participation in 2 - 3 guided snowshoe hikes per week, with a professional guide from the Alpine School Sesto - Three Peaks. You will receive top equipment free of charge in the rental shop.
• Shuttle bus stop to the Helm and Croda Rossa ski areas and to the Fiscalina Valley only 150m from the house.
• Entrance to the cross-country ski run to the Fiscalina Valley only 150m from the house.
• Prepared hiking trails into the Fiscalina Valley and to San Candido.
• Great winter hiking network, among others to the Nemes-Alm and to the Klammbach-Alm.
• Participation in the program of the Sesto Tourism Association.

• until 2 years we charge Euro 15,00 per night
• from 2 years to 8 years = 50% of discount
• from 8 years to 14 years = 30% of discount
• from 14 years on = 20% of discount

to the indicated prices must be added the tourist tax of 1,90€ per person and day (from 14 years old). The tax is to be paid on the place.

*The rooms are available on the day of arrival after 14.00 clock, should you plan to arrive after 18.00 clock, we kindly ask for a short call.
If you arrive later than 20:00 on the day of departure, we charge Euro 30,00.
On the day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00 clock.
Rail passengers we are glad to pick up from the train station San Candido – just call us.

For check-in, handing over of the room key and payment of the room bill, please contact
the reception of the Biovita Hotel Alpi (39030 Sexten / Moos, Alpe Nemes Straße 5) - thank you very much.
