The Biovita Hotel Alpi in the Dolomites serves you up one treat after another. Our kitchen team offers exquisite regional and traditional cuisine, excellent salads and fresh seasonal vegetables. We give top priority to ensuring that our fare is healthy, natural and fresh. A unique feature of our kitchen is that we prepare all of our dishes ourselves. Everything is home-made: from the delicious breakfast cake to the salad and vegetable buffet, diverse starters and main courses - right up to the sweet conclusion to your meal.
You will not find any fast food or convenience products in our kitchen. Our dishes are always fresh and the made from the best local organic ingredients. Our meat and sausage products are provided exclusively by local farmers from South Tyrol and Austria. Our milk, milk products and cheese come fresh from the Käserei Sexten dairy.
Treat your palate first thing in the morning with our extensive breakfast buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savoury treats. Every evening there is a fresh salad and vegetable buffet, three starters, three main courses and a vegetarian menu to choose from. We offer plenty of variety with our different themed evenings, such as our Sexten (Sesto) evening, Tyrolean evening with various soups and dumplings from the buffet, welcome aperitifs with appetizers, dessert buffets ... and many more delicious surprises.

A good meal requires not just delicious food, but the right drinks. Our drinks menu contains a special selection of exclusively South Tyrolean wines from the region's best wine cellars, as well as local drinks.
