The prices indicated apply per day and person with half board, inclusive all service, charges and taxes. The prices are valid for a minimum of 5 days. Euro 5,00 per person/day more of less than 5 days stay. The room will be ready at 12.00 ò clock. Rooms must be left  by 10.00 ò clock. If you will arrived later please call us by phone.
For an anticipated departure we have to charge 80% from the reservation amount.
 To be met at the railway station Innichen will be free of charge, you must only call us. We accept only home animals on condition that ... they will be fine.
A guarantee amount will be requested for booking of any kind.
Your bill can be paid by cash or cheque and with credit card.

Discounts for children:
up to 2 years = children for free, they pay only the extras for the dinner
from 2 years to 8 years = 50% of discount
from 8 years to 15 years = 30% of discount

We offer you:
- 2 or 3 hiking tours in the Sextner Dolomites
- free use of the swimming pool, Finnish Sauna, steam bath, gym hall
- in case of bad weather you can use for free our solarium
we guarantee you a parking place in our underground garage for free

 Apartments - House Sunseit'n

The indicated prices apply per day and for 2 persons.
For each further person will be applied an increase of 30%.
(for children= up to 2 years +10%, 2 years to 8 years +15%,
8 years to 15 years +20%).
On departure will be billed further Euro 35,00 for end cleaning.
Laundry is complete - also the kitchen with dish washer.
One parking place is available for each apartment.
The apartments will not be ready before 12.00 ò clock and emptied
within 10.00 ò clock. We accept only home animals on condition that
 ... they will be fine.
It is possible to book also with breakfast or with half board (at request)
by using the facilities of the Hotel Alpi.
